I'm a nerd. I love Scifi in general, specifically Star Wars, Star Trek (up to DS9/VOY), B5, BSG, Stargate and many others. I'm an artist and designer, and I love to design and make stuff with my 3d printer. My 3D app of choice is currently Sketchup. My 3D printer is a Bambu Lab A1 and I love it.
instead of "attempts", it should say "trys"
I want one.
I will be happy when the headline reads "orange shit stain grunted out his last MCKids meal in the toilet at mar-a-lago yesterday, he is survived by who gives fuck."
precisely.
I understand what you mean, and designing it that way, would lend clarity and obstruction to the rest of the decor, so it would be considered disruptive and increase the likelihood of getting knocked over carelessly. I had considered that idea prior to settling on this one. note that I did not develop the sign in a vacuum.
it is on a stand and resting at a 60 degree angle. that desk is approximately chest height for a person who is 6'1" tall, but thanks for the feedback
that's really cool!
check out mine;

mmm, water from the tap. I can't wait! lol
there might be a universe in which that's possible. the sign prints in less than an hour, so I don't need paint, just yellow filament
is that the impression you get with mine though?
I was waiting for this. :D
I'm fine with that, but what you don't know is that the owner is cheap.
thanks. to be fair, I did not design the logo nor come up with the name.
People ignored the old sign too. In my experience, people can't / won't read signage. I once worked as a building technician, and one of the elevators was out of service, so I locked it out with the doors open on the ground floor, I placed a barrier with a large sign saying out of service and I was walking past, when someone had ducked under the sign into the dark cab, saw me walking past and yelled at me that the elevator wasn't working. I answered with "Thanks for letting me know!"
pretty close.
well, this is a canadian company, so .... no? lol
I figured that the tasteful contrast was enough. Don't you?
hilarious. if only it was true and he fell for it so easily.....[sigh] this is the worst timeline.
kitty goes "me OW!"
does anyone else get the impression that he could not have won the last election fairly?
LMAO, you win the internet today sir
is that really the best way to cure crabs?
that is one hell of an image....and I agree.
I am trying to avoid using supports on the parts, and if printed vertically, it would be a mess of overhangs and supports. this way, the panels are printed at a 45 degree slope so that the layer lines make the parts stronger and cleaner and minimizes support material. the can opener and puck have to be separate as they are features to accommodate different cans and functions. the lid component will also include an iris mechanism to allow for the secure and sturdy inclusion of thinner cans.
it will soon have one on my makerworld page, but it's a prototype and I need to fix the fitment issue before I make it available. thanks for the interest though!
brainworms
isn't that how he got brainworms?
has he been pardoned of that yet?
to be fair, you can't spell colony without colon.
first of all, I'm not american. Until the 2nd term for the orange clusterfuck, I watched american politics daily and religiously consumed all sources to learn about it. Joe Biden is no saint, he was a corporate democrat. the point I am making is that yes, even they occasionally do the right thing, and there is no doubt that Biden did many great things, but he is not a progressive and never was. The corporate democrats in the US lean to the right, not the left.
