The thing is I only smoke when I drink...its been a slow quitting process. I went about a month and a half tapering down both and only partaking on the weekends. If I quit both at the height of my intake I could totally see the negative side of quitting both at the same time, but now it only seems logical. Thank you for caring random internet stranger!
