Honestly I come from a big family bad habits learned young then you get to the point where you hate yourself and don't care.
Using a calorie counter and walking every day. My dad is also trying to lose weight and having each other to be accountable to helps.
Less calories and more walking my dad is in the same boat I am and is a huge motivation. Having someone to work with helps.

The app I'm using says I have a 3,000 daily limit but I am normally well under that normally around 1800.
