Most modern versions of Bruce Wayne attempt to improve the city as a matter of course but there is always some kind of counterforce, eg. the entrenched big families (Cobblepot, Falcones, etc), the literal hellmouth underneath the city or some manner of supernatural curse, or just a lot of crime and a lot of apathy. This makes the story and thus the need for 'The Batman'.

Most used tires aren't worth it imo. You're spending a decent fraction of a new tire's cost and not getting a decent fraction of a new tire's lifetime. Some real Sam Vimes economics stuff. Try to spring for new tires when you can even if its a squeeze in the moment because otherwise you're paying more in the long run and still have to deal with bad tire shenanigans. Sometimes it be like that, but don't let it be when it doesn't have to be. Your wallet will thank you later.

Once you've had a single experience with the game getting an error on the save and quit that gets the quit right but not the save, you never trust save and quit again.

"Ese" is Mexican slang for friend. "Ese" sounds like "Essay" which is a short piece of writing on a particular subject. Essays are made of multiple paragraphs. So yes the joke is that they are short. Took me a second, got a chuckle.
The background and inspiration for pokemon kids journeys is less a kind world and more the post WW2 era having lots of orphaned children who would basically just have to wander around and take care of themselves because the government was overwhelmed. The 'War' is referenced a few times in the pokemon games as well and some characters like Lt. Surge come from that but isn't given that much attention in early games. Still, this phenomenon helped to shape the way pokemon was designed.
Yall keep posting 'gotchas' like they give a damn. You're well past the point where they're trying to explain anything except where it causes more delays and arguments for them to work.
