That's not what Net Neutrality advocates. What it states is that all data must go at the same rate and speed. It's basically the 1/2
The ISP is a PRIVATE company, they cannot steal what they already have. You are not entitled to free internet access.
They got rid of the cell equivalent of NN about 5 years ago. Now instead of just having Verizon and ATT we now have sprint, tmobile & virgin
The corps never has the chance. There has literally never been an internet without Net Neutrality.

Look up all the red tape. If you buy 1 mill in equipment, most areas in the US charge you 1 mill in start up fees on top of that.
