I agree with you. I do think the whole thing is redundant. But it is used as a filter.. did they do it y/n.
Then they need new techies. Imo. AI is used on resumes to filter. Then the recruiter can look at the postings.

The company has amazing work life balance and everyone is treated well. But you have to be able to pull your own weight.
As to how many people fill out history that doesn't match what's on the resume. Simple test, can you follow instructions. (2/2)

So making profit off our resources versus paying more to an unfriendly region to meet demand
We would then be exporting and utilizing our own supply and be less dependent on oversea import of crude oil
