Sure. I just have issues with the accuracy of the phrase "people quit managers not jobs" in general, not this case in particular.
I get what that saying is trying to convey, but I and other people that I know have definitely quit jobs before. Some jobs are shitty or just bad fits regardless of how good the management and coworkers might be.
Just stop working so hard and instead spend the time goofing off with your co-workers. If they complain tell them you are focusing on your cultural health which they've already expressed is just as valuable and crucial as your standard work. Wouldn't be very smart to rely on only Marcus for that.
