Made some banana cake with banana (duh) and pistachio. No sugar. It really tastes good.

Looks good. Not a pistachio fan but I like plain banana bread. Maybe with butter when it's warm.

I'd recommended splitting the batter in half then with one half mixing in some melted chocolate then you can pour half and half into the pan alternating, then run a knife or chopstick thru to get some chocolate marbled banana bread.
