I think it's the great cockcrow railway in Surrey. It's open on Sundays in the summer. And they sometimes do special Halloween events and the like.
You have to book really far in advance, we couldn't get tickets when we went to Japan on our honeymoon, gutted...

I'm thankfully in a position where most of the time I can move money from a savings account to cover it. As a landscape architect yes some of this is to stop homeless people sleeping on benches. I've actually been forced to put in benches with multiple arms in, for this exact reason by clients. But most of it is actually to stop skateboarders ruining wall edges and furniture by grinding along them.
Live in the UK, cats go outside don't get eaten by the surrounding wildlife and poop in your neighbours gardens 😂
