It would be incredible if you actually showed some form of thinking about whats exactly happening and Europe is now on the rearmament because the US is unreliable.

I've never had a wellness check in my dreams and being a atheist and experiencing something that felt so real in a dream that lasted for so long does make me question everything ive been solidly confident in. Ive never felt that far down since, so ive not had another experience like that again. But i hope i will experience it again one day because it was a feeling of warmth and home that nowhere has been able to replace so far.
But to answer your actual question (accidentally pushed the enter button) He landed on a wooden fence next to me and asked me if i was okay. (i was in a rough spot mentally) He kept me company for a good hour while i sat in the dry dirt road, taking in the view of what was likely Fólkvangr. Eventually he asked me again if i was ready to go back to work. "Yeah....yeah i think i am. " "Good." And i woke up. Never felt more well rested in my life and i still think of it to this day.
Honestly i could do a post detailing my dream coz after waking up i have a picture perfect memory of the view i had. And it was one of my longest dreams too where i felt completely lucid and aware.
I like this. It will encourage me to actually maybe do some writeups on norse mythology. Huginn was once upon a time my main nickname online and it had meaning to me :) Huginn or Muninn also visited me once in a dream.

I use medikinet for my own adhd. I know exactly what you mean. Your mind will ease out over time and eventually u won't notice it.
Mental ADHD is definitely affecting my mind to a major degree. There's so much info but employers don't understand how intricate it can be
Now do one on the swedes and how they collaborated with Nazi germany handing out norwegians to die and got away with it.
