Oh additionally, I found out that my panic attacks were 10x worse because I was drinking too much caffeine. I stopped all caffeine and eventually came back to decaf coffee and drink it moderately.
Had it happen to me 2x before anyone realized it was panic attack. The knowledge of it being a panic attack helped me identify it the next time. When I would have a panic attack, I would verbally say to myself "this is just a panic attack. You are not having a heart attack." and continue for a bit until I can bring it down a little. This robs the attacks power and over time will be a powerful tool to help combat it. It isnt a fix all, its a coping strategy. Hope that helps in the future.

Im just surprised that the thought that anyone else will actually end up in jail at this point. Id love to see justice served for all, but confidence is low right now.
