Probably not very smart, most of them are lawyers and torts are a good source of income.
You can be sued for anything, whether the case is dismissed or you win/lose, you were still sued.

To people saying exigent circumstances, that still requires PC. There is no PC that would indicate the suspect was in any of these homes.
I would assume a person with contraband in their home would not consent to a search. Seems like common sense.
You realize the FBI was present as well, it is still a federal crime.
A lot of pictures from this event have me thinking the same exact thing. I'd rather look out for my own safety and not give up my rights.
The statute of limitations probably has a lot to do with that.
