So to anybody that is wanting to know. The 3rd party came I and said it was mold. Now waiting on the results.
I hate this for anybody. It's a really tough situation.

Everyone that I've talked to here has had an issue with mold. They are just too afraid of getting kicked out. They currently will not renew
We're hoping no one has gotten ill. We'll be seeing a doctor soon, specially after they test this place for mold.
We don't have a renters union in our area, sadly.
From the few people I've talked to here, they all have some form of mold issue.
We're trying that now. We're hoping one of them will take up the story.

According to Slumlord it's just compound dust.
We spent most of our day yesterday calling around, with no luck. The only thing we haven't contacted is housing code, which we will be soon.

We plan to see a doctor soon. All this happen so fast on us, we haven't had time to go. Plus us making sure they don't come in and clean....
He does this with all the tenants when we bring up mold.
Right, and the would be tenant should know in advance that the false vent is an actual access point.
According to Slumlord we were making this is up.
It really is, the whole situation is awful.
You don't always second guess a vent. Specially when you think it's a vent. I just had thought it was a return vent.
We have no way to contact corporate. Corporate is the one that is giving us a hard time.
We did not clean anything. We wanted to leave it all there as proof.
I definitely wish we would have. We were just crazy excited to be out my folk's place.
We've all had spells of lightheadedness throughout the year. We will be getting ourselves checked out soon.
