As a spine surgeon: most accurate video I've seen. Although dissecting the muscle off of the bone is the longest part of the procedure!

Sure, but a hip replacement is not a life saving procedure. a lot of people seem to have a hard time understanding what is "elective"

No, this is simply the result of spoiled Americans. Some of us save for emergencies... and again $1500? u must not know what surgeons do...
