44yo male here.... I've been struggling for 20+ years. I always felt weak admitting I need help. I am finally calling someone today.

When my grandfather turned 90 he voluntarily gave up his licence and sold his car. "When you get this age you shouldn't drive" he said.
Microsoft did this to me with a forced windows 10 update. That was a year ago and my desktop PC is still a brick.
That was quite the Discovery under all that snow.
