From the top down: lettuce, tomato, sour cream, slightly crushed Doritos chips, cheddar, and then taco beef. Make thin layers. Add a small tortilla on top and then fold the large bottom tortilla and use wooden toothpicks to secure while grilling. Not cheaper than taco bell but I'm 100km from the closest taco bell and I was craving a crunchwrap
I'm honestly too close to the end of my own rope to read your whole post but I'm pulling for you. I hope you can find something to hold onto, maybe not solutions but at least a distraction for a moment. I know surviving isn't really living but it's where it starts. Wishing you the best <3
