I was terrified too but you get the epidural before they insert the catheter so you don’t feel it at all, and taking it out it’s nothing.

As the only daughter, I was the exact same! Ended up compromising with a small wedding with 50 people, but would still have happily eloped.
We had our wedding ceremony in a castle in Scotland. Only cost a couple of hundred pounds to hire the space. Was awesome and not expensive.
