It's more of the atmosphere they grew up in. It doesn't help they grow up in a culture where cops are the bad guys and felons r th good guys
There's a difference between being dumb when you're a kid and committing a felony
You forfeit that right when you decide to commit a felony
Crime is an everyday thing those areas. So young men don't see it as that big of a deal since they are accustomed to it
