The idea of a hierarchical workplace as a system that does away with hierarchies aside, you're putting an awful lot of faith in bosses. And, ya know, stuff like wage theft exists. And nepotism. And nobody except those up top get a say in how things are run. Not to mention the whole for profit venture thing that's the whole point under capitalism.
Why not? Anarchists are pretty cool in my experience.

Which is why there are no open source coders or volunteer firefighters. And why nobody ever shares things or give gifts to their friends. Because we are just so greedy.
