Hmm, that's tough. I'd till check with you local DVOP. Google your state + JVSG services. That should get you in the right direction for someone to contact. If you already have a rating, You can apply for VA VRE. Create a VA.gov account, you can apply to a lot there.
@op If you have a SC rating you should qualify for VA VRE. They will pay for a bachelors degree, you can then use your GI Bill for a masters. At the least you should qualify for DVOP services. Check with your state employment agency for JVSG services. Depending on the state they may have a grant program to help with the auto repairs.
