This. When I restore my PC, open up steam, and tell my friends that I'll be finished downloading my steam library in about 45 minutes.

Because of GPS apps. The apps find 'faster ways' and tell people to get off the freeway and take side streets, thus opening up the freeway..
Honestly, same. If they even came at 12pm, they would be there for a few hours and by the time they leave they'd be stuck in traffic again.
Depends, the 101 gets filled really quickly but the 405 has so many on/off ramps that it is so obnoxious.
Might as well just take PCH instead of the 101.
Took me 3 hours to get from Marina del Rey to Ventura. Should only be about an hour.
