Why would that be dangerous? It would take a rather decent fire going in order to set those rounds off and storing them won't prevent that.

No a just war means that its justified either morally or legally. Saddam committed genocide, and severally oppressed his own people.
Not to mention the fact that the Korean war ensured a free South Korea. Desert storm also freed Kuwait.
I also saw what happened during the second gulf war. I disagree with how bush carried it out however ultimately i consider it a just war.
