I made the same mistake building my deck. Then switched screws out for nails - one at a time :(
Fantastic work! Though the reason nails are recommended for fasteners is because they have better shear strength compared to screws (1/2)
You didn't get injured - that's a win! The only better outcome would've been if they'd returned everything and apologized.
