Same thing here, have several alarms in the morning for different things, one is that 10 minutes before I have to leave for work, all lights in my apartment turn a colder hue, usually brush my teeth then and check that I have everything for the day. Sometimes it feels like it went too fast, so I do another 2 minutes.
