No it was definitely a lake, fish were from a farm though. This was a lake is called Grande Cache Lake in Alberta Canada.

Sounds about right, I've been doing it 3 years now and I start on ambulance in 2 weeks, get me outta here!
As a paramedic I'm usually placed further out but there are also EMR and OFA positions which have a smaller scope of practice (3)
We work remote locations and treat anything that comes along since there's no hospitals close by and bad situations get medevac (2)
I am a Primary Care Paramedic so mostly cuts and scrapes but I can also administer certain medications like nitro, naloxone, epinephrine (1)
