As I've grown to the ripe old age of 25, I've learned to sit every time for convenience of cleaning and aiming. And depending on your anatomy, you may need to be wary of peeing through the opening between the toilet and the seat, and may need to aim a little lower while seated. Dont mind the german word sitzpinkler, and if there's a urinal, I still use that out of convenience
