Aren't fool proof because there haven't been other cases of people doing it right then trying to sue the donor. Or the state going after 2/3
Until the kid is legally adopted, the donor is still liable. You can do some things with a lawyer that'd help your case but even then 1/?
Doing this with someone you don't trust absolutely. To do it correctly with lawyers involves lots of money (10kish usd) and lots of trust
Responsibility as possible prior to the non pregnant mom adopting the child (because that can only happen after birth). Would not suggest 2/
Lesbian here... used a friend as a donor. The are legal ways to do it to come as close to lagally absolving the donor of financial 1/?

The interview with the social worker was a piece of cake. Super nice lady. Took 10min. It's the lawyers and judges part that was a pain.
I have an adopted son. It is kinda a difficult process. Definitely worth it. But also.... Should be easier to do
