I tried zooming in and I swear it says 750. 500 makes a lot more sense for ampacity, esp if aluminum. Still prolly a 2 or 2.5 MVA TX. Huge!
Those look like 750mcm though so thinking it's 208Y. TX kVA would be too big to need that much ampacity at 480Y. Less likely to arc at 208.
I just don't see that working. If it's 480Y then any arcing fault (even line to ground) will likely jump across phases bases on the TX size
