A lot of people have died in wars, it's odd to me to elevate the life of another purely on which country they died for.
The anthem is creepy to me, and I see it as a form of worship. I like where I live, but I am not blindly proud of everything America does.

For the potato soup, just buy the frozen "hash browns" they're already cubed and cook perfectly. It saves so much time
