There's not actually any ink. The writing surface is a holographic foil sheet with a waxy black coating on top. The metal nib scratches away the wax and you get pretty colors.
I think it's a regular dip pen with an extra flexible nib. The metal nib scratches off the waxy black layer on the foil sheet to show the shiny colors below.
Evil has never looked so pretty.
Sadly I only found a version with annoying music and no original audio. Figured silence was better.
