Technically yes. but I always think of tortoises as land animals and turtles as sea. Plus it’s not the tale of the turtle and the hare.

She’s allegedly assaulted a store employee. She claims she has been assaulted but will not give her details to confirm her identity.

I didn’t comment, they weren’t a friend, and i wouldn’t ever say that they were doing bad. I’d be thrilled they were doing their best.
I’m appreciative to anyone doing their best and eating less meat or not drinking dairy for example. But that doesn’t mean they are vegan.
