In fairness you have to go pretty far to invent a story about Florida. What's the tell? "Man eats neighbors face" Oh it's Thursday already?

I've dreamed of getting my phone wet. It's a recurring nightmare, actually, starting with when I wrecked a phone by leaving it on my nightstand next to a glass of ice water that condensated a puddle big enough to drown my phone.

There are a number of shows or movies that I've enjoyed that were pretty clearly written by a weird person. That said, I think the reason Firefly is so amazing is because the cast truly embodied their characters, and they actually liked working with each other in real life.

Talk about a trial by fire to learn though

Why's that crazy? There's a similar essay published every year (about every country) since the invention of complaining.

Except he seems to be using AI. The title card at the end is AI generated.

But there is no automatic way to refuel. It's a standard, sure, and a good one, but it's also an EASY standard. It needs a human to place the fuel dispenser in the fuel hole. Even with standardized batteries, it would have to be a manual replacement; those batteries are heavy, some over 500 pounds/225 kg. Even a tenth of that is too heavy, and nobody wants to replace 100 batteries.

Don't blame all of us for this, that's the work of a single deranged madwoman. And Altoona can answer for its own sins.

You mean the thing that you need a long flexible hose to reach, that's on different sides, set at different heights, and has a bunch of different ways to even open?

Everyone knows that there are no events referenced in any content that represent real life events. If you see it in a video, you know it's fake.

Oh, trust me, LinkedIn makes no sense to anyone. It feels like ye old unregulated MMORPG lobbies, with a million bots and players screaming to buy their stuff. It's basically a grassroots pyramid scheme, where you get to be part of the hype, but with no actual reward.

Now look at the things that *take* that battery. Even something as simple as a flashlight has a myriad of ways to change that battery: top open, bottom, three in a holder, 2-4 sideways under a flap, 2 in a cartridge... Even with standard batteries, the vehicles are all different. You couldn't change a sedan, a truck, and a crossover on the same lift.

Whoa whoa whoa. The US has a lot of great food invented here, like cheesecake, chocolate chip cookies, pizza with toppings, General Tso Chicken, Philly cheesesteak, Tex Mex... It only looks like we just decided to have everyone's good, in reality we decided to have everyone, and their food came with.

Patently false, most languages borrow spelling and words from other languages.

Science keeps improving, and the DNA databases continue to grow. 1980s DNA match couldn't use a bunch of things we can use today - degraded samples, genetic genealogy, more tissue sources, etc.

Yikes. I hope you're counting on one of the other 18 nations with higher debt per capita to step up. Or the 39 with worse debt-to income! I would certainly prefer to use yyyy-mm-dd, but who does that?
