Curiously enough, this would be perfectly acceptable according to certain ethical ways-of- thought. (Don't ask me which ones.)
Bill Waterson was all about not licensing the characters. He wanted them to live within the confines of the comic and that was it.

Perfect for a new group. As the group plays together more and learns each other's playstyles, the rules could loosen up as OP deems fit.

Was made for Twitter back when the Twitter posting restrictions were a lot tighter. But it gained an independent following much like Imgur.
No longer exists. Videos limited to 6 secs, so the key was to make the joke, point, etc in that limited time frame.
