I think, therefore I am. I am, therefore I am bored. I'm bored therefore I Imgur. I Imgur Way, way more than I probably should. Hit me up about science, I love to discuss the sciencey things. Currently I'm pissing my GM off (probably) with the racial history of an alien race in a Genesys RPG game. (They're basically Pierson's Puppeteers, with a few minor tweaks).
Agreed, was still working on completing my response.
PERSONALLY I'm of the opinion that the precedent is wrong, because it basically ignores the *function* of a lock, in favor of the ease of use for law enforcement, and it makes it so that things that would normally be "secured" from anyone (except, made enforcement apparently) are actually "in the open" in thy eyes of the court.
Technically, *Technically*, this is the law, via precedent. There was a court case, probably more than a decade ago, where a judge decided that, if the police have your fingerprints, then they can unlock your phone if it uses the finger print lock (and of course, if they are holding you and your phone they HAVE your fingerprints). AFAIK this applies to door locks as well, though, obviously, they might need your prints from a prior to just wall into your house.
Consider before buying online: I'm willing to make a deal for a full set!
Yeah, I'm a little disconcerted with how delicate the domes are, and how they basically don't want to stay attached to the bases.
And it allows them to sneak sneaky riders on the bill that have fuck-all to do with chemtrails, but either take rights from people, or line their pockets... You know: "Working for the people!"
Some people use Cetacean ops for that... just don't get caught.
I think it's worse than that. THOSE ones are $125, and are touch sensitive (just on/off, but still), AND you can see the MSD even when the lights are off.
The ones I have arent touch sensitive, and when they are off, they look like black panels.
They might have cost $2-4 hundred to make, and shipping costs will be... not insignificant.
I'm not even sure they are *worth* selling, except possibly locally.
Still, I suppose it's progress.
Instructions unclear: I now have several burned anti-vaxers who "don't want turn learn about vaccines" and "take us to the hospital you monster."
I don't think the insult is about the Harkonnens being monsters. Or even Vlardimir himself being a monster. They are DEFINITIVELY monsters. Rather, they are Intelligent monsters. Abusive, vengeful,, rage filled, scheming, long term planning type of monster (who listened to their intelligent advisors).. If not for Paul, their plan might actually have worked.
I would!!!
But mostly because I can't imagine him actually being... lets say "athletic" enough to beat someone to death. Also, I'm not entirely sure he's actually in touch with reality enough to know what a dime is (value-wise and/or visually).
Could I imagine him setting the beating to death of a child in motion? For real or imagined reasons? Definitely. Could I imagine footage of him doing so himself when he was younger? Also definitely.
Now? it'd probably kill him (we can hope).
I am, frankly, shocked that it *appears* like he isn't actually getting kickbacks from the shoe company. Currently.
That they are *only ~$50* apiece.
I'm not even joking, I was entirely expecting this to be YET ANOTHER means of squeezing more money from the treasury and into his pockets...
He does seem to be trying to bring decap strikes back into fashion...
Midway through your comment I read "as a cow I have a vague memory", and I was very confused for a second.
When was the last time you went to one? I went about a year ago, my previous visit being nearly 10 years before. That are not nearly as good as they used to be. It's not rose colored glasses either. They no longer have a choice of buns, the menu has fewer, and worse, items in it. I could go on.
Like I said: shocked!
Frankly I am shocked. Shocked! You mean to tell me she *DIDN'T* perjure herself?! SHOCKED!
That's a valid option I hadn't consider. Thanks!
In fairness, w/o any actual "circuitry" per say, it probably doesn't need much power at all. I think that, between both phasers, there's a total of 5 diodes, 2-3 resistors, and about 5 switches (of various types). A 2032 battery is probably more than sufficient to drive all that for years (depending on how many Klingons you encounter of course).
Warranty or no - If the shop owner's comment is correct... It was probably taken to the "Dinosaur" shop because the car owner asked to be taken to the "closest" shop, not the nearest "Tesla shop", which is ~100 miles away. Moreover a tow company is highly unlikely to tow you ~100 miles w/o either charging an arm and a leg, or specifically calling a Car Transportation company (slightly different from a tow company).
not to defend this in any way, but... There's only so many ways to build an effective prison. If this were a LEGITIMATE prison it would probably look, functionally, the same.
Again, TBC - I do not support this, but reading too much into a diagram.... is chancy.

Much as I'm reluctant to push views to their page, it should still be seen.
The old magic!
Your bones? Grown in a human body? That you own?
It's entirely possible that they are. Though I doubt that he did it himself. I'd like to think that if someone put in the effort to make something like this, it'd be possibly to find more of their work, but maybe it's too generic to show up on the searches I'm using.
Too right.
I've seen it done like that in movies and such, but... again, this wasn't a question about me, it was about RFK JR CHOOSING to sniff off of a toilet seat.
For anyone who happens to find this here: I'm helping my wife deal with her father's estate. Above is an image of a backlit LCARS panel he owns. He has this one, the Connie, the Galaxy, and the Sovereign Enterprises. Trying to figure out any background information on them as I keep hitting walls in my searches online.
