Looks like it's at a strip club.
Looks like the candy flippers from my youth. Those abandoned warehouse raves got out of control, in a good way. Taking photos wasn't Norm.

???? It stemmed from movies Aliens and Evil Dead II, and the Dungeons & Dragons campaign the developers had been playing at the time.
Doom, Wolfenstein 3D, Quake or anything OG id Software was considered satanic material. Look at John Carmack's Wikipedia page sometime.
