What other part of "The State" knows his address in this situation? Are you suggesting the filed it with like, the Office of the Governor?

Whether this is the right decision is one thing, but the court is never the State. The State is the DA's office.

There is no basis to believe that. In fact, all information is quite to the contrary.

This is pretty much the most popular opinion on the internet. One I disagree with though.

Yikes. Hope you have socks and a working washing machine.

The way I see it is I'm helping people and keeping someone else from doing my job and having to see it. Somebody has to.

That was a real moment for me. Realizing my job isn't to change what happened, but to make going forward easier.

The jail is nice. It's seeing victims that feel a level of comfort from being believed/seeing someone fight for them that makes it worth it.

I prosecuting sex crimes, including against children. I can confidentially say, it's not the best part of the job.

So I'm a prosecutor. I work in our unit that handles sex crimes, including child stuff. It's just part of the job.

Yeah, as someone who prosecutes child sex crimes, unfortunately, someone has to look at it.

I think that's up for debate. Clint clearly believed he was Hulking and that's why he did it.

Do you not remember the fact that Bruce gave Clint the arrow and told him if he ever saw him on the verge of of hulking out to do it?

law enforcement normal. Not as a celebrity in an interview. 3/3

confess to crimes they didn't commit. It happens, but it is not a rampant problem. 3. Those that do false confess do under duress by 2/?

1. People don't 'press charges. That's a misnomer. Criminal cases are always the State bringing charges. 2. 'Plenty' of people don't 1/?

That's a man.

Sometimes you can do everything right and there still isn't anything the police can do. That isn't always their fault.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

I'm not saying there aren't bad cops. But sometimes there isn't anything else they can do. That's different than not doing their jobs.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, if your standard is "beyond a reasonable doubt" that makes sense. This is the court of public opinion. Very different standards.

CSI? It's whatever. I don't hate it. I just hate that people think that stuff is real.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I haven't. My case load is mostly sex cases so it doesn't involve many cases which would involve finger prints.

I am a prosecutor and I cover this in EVERY jury selection to make sure people understand this kind of evidence just doesn't exist.

You are not going to get charged with resisting arrest for getting attacked by a dog. Now what you did to have the dog sicked on you...

I hope you are joking.

wasn't how to win, it was how to win without killing. And he didn't really conquer that. He just discovered a power. 2/2

I loved that from the very beginning Korra was real and flawed. Aang always seemed too mature from the start. And his final conflict 1/2

She was a flawed character. Aang was fine, but less interesting.
