I'm a huge pop culture and news junkie. I live and breathe movies, TV, box office, and politics.

Sorry, I’m not a bot. Hate to disappoint you, dude. Just been really busy the last three months.

It made $148 million in 3 days actually worldwide, which is really bad and wayyyy under expectations (since it had an enormous budget).
So it would need to gross $500 million or so just to break even. This is a terrible gross for a Star Wars movie, and it’s a definite bomb.
The movie cost an estimated $250-300 million (factor in another $100-200 million in marketing costs).
Yep, it’s very possible at this point that it might gross less than $400 million worldwide (since it performed terribly overseas).
I think so, yes (and maybe Wikipedia the last six episodes of Season 1, which are all good). They deal with the fallout from Winter Soldier.
It unfortunately didn’t really get good until the 17th episode of season 1. After that, it’s consistently good to great.
Now that’s something you don’t see every day.
Yondu tho.
Disney is buying Fox (who owns the X-Men rights), so hopefully the X-Men will be part of the MCU in the future.
It was released in 1998, but it’s not part of the MCU shared universe, unfortunately. I hope he shows up in one of the future films, though.
Howard the Duck does appear briefly in both Guardians of the Galaxy films. Hopefully he’ll show up again in the MCU some day. :)
It is indeed - it’s the 2nd MCU film (released on June 13th, 2008).
How about Thor: Ragnarok? That’s one of my favorite MCU films - hilarious, great action sequences, and a dope musical score.
2000, actually. It’s not part of the MCU, though. However, it did pave the way for the mega budgeted superhero movies of today.
It’s fantastic - one of my top 3 MCU films (Captain America: The Winter Soldier is my favorite). I plan on seeing it two more times.
Rosebud was his sled.
I liked this movie a lot. To me, it’s probably the best depiction of how high schoolers act that I’ve seen in a film or TV show.
Keanu flees
Well, the Iron Giant does appear in Ready Player One. He’s pretty dope in it.
