i can recommend a few youtubers to help with how to act in Japan. Very funny people too. Abroad in Japan and Only In Japan are my two fav

Japan is one of the safest places in the world. Avoid Kabukicho, but my wife and I never felt unsafe.

I should be clear, my isp has stated that they never, nor will ever throttle or control my internet. Netflix speed test proves speed part
