It turns out that there is as legit RNA virus that causes bees (mostly honey but bumblebees aswell) to be born without wings but I also found through minor research that when some bees are kicked out their wings are eaten off so they cant fly back. The ladder apparently occurs because of resource management priorities of a sort but either way that bee is very lucky she found him. Also says in the minor research it would have only lived a day or two without intervention. So awesomely Good on Her!
