I’m not sure. She was somehow friends with them (through a connection with Mennonite friends). So she would stay for a few days/weeks.
This is a good idea! A friend of mine has friends among the Amish. She goes to visit them every so often and has great stories to tell.

I noticed that right away. These clothes would look much better on figures that were drawn more proportionally correct.
Also the artist is really bad at anatomy, so that makes the clothes look weird. Their legs, for instance, are far too short.

I think Anthony Misiano goes by "Harley's Joker."
2/2 want to see more of their stuff. I follow both of them and they're really interesting.

I'm an artist myself and I HATE seeing other artists blatantly copy great work for their own benefit. Be original for heaven's sake.

Um, most poor people also know when things are ugly or tacky. I've had to shop thrift out of need and find your "sensitivity" insulting.
What about using sterling silver solder instead? It would be cheaper than gold but the piece would be more valuable than cheap bond and leaf
