This CVS was kind of the "Boiling over point" of all this.
Baltimore resident here. That CVS was also the closest thing to a grocery store in this area.
This is the 7-11 all the Otaku go to during Otakon.
This was started by the drunk white patrons that are from out side of Baltimore.
