A lot of it is through reading & working out problems on their own. Teachers facilitate the learning process but arent the sole contributors
They are, but so are engineers, chemists, and meteorologists. People rave like teachers are the end-all, be-all of all professions.

As expected, there aren't any peer-reviewed articles listed anywhere. Those are kinda important when presenting your findings, bruh.
Just... stick to "spiritual science", bruh, and leave the empirical, quantitative and legitimate research to people who know what's up.
