I use AI to get my code 60-80% complete, it's rarely right but it's usually close and a good headstart. It's a reasonably good tool, but it's not replacing devs yet.

My father in law bought me a browning jacket about 15 years ago that I'd never have been thought about buying myself. That is the most durable jacket I've ever owned, and it'll likely outlast me. Some of those redneck/country brands are seriously worth the money.

Think that's largely lifestyle based. Have had carpets in for 15+ years, and they're still good as new. Granted we installed them new and of a quality brand. Have replaced the hallway carpet with wood for consistency in nom-bedroom spaces, and it was clean all the way through/under when we pulled it up.That being said, if I bought a house with carpet someone else has been living with, I'd replace it in a heartbeat.
