In Minecraft 1.0.0 max level for enchanting was 50. It took 3,965 experience to reach level 50. Level 40 was close to the same enchanting level, but only took 1,895 experience.

Teacher asks me what the answer was to 7b and without opening my eyes I answered, after a second he said "Huh. That's... correct." The next day the exact same thing almost happened. Except I told him "You asked me this exact question yesterday." My sister told me two years later that one of her college classmates was in 1/2
