A firearm permit is granted. Because it takes more hoops to own a firearm, Finnish gun owners tend to pretty cautious and careful with guns
Mandatory gun safes. And firearms only for a proven purpose (hunting, sports etc.). But if everything is golden and no crimes in the past
In order to obtain a permit to buy a firearms; psychological test, interview, first gun permit takes a long time to get..
Per capita? I know we have a lot but still.. one difference is that after the first (of total 2) school shooting, we took action.
