In my (non-peer reviewed) personal experience, distance causes more repeated-stress injuries (strained calves, shin splints, etc) than speed
I wasn't sure about Nissan branding in the UK, so I had to look that up - but the Infiniti Q50 is the current Nissan Skyline in Japan.
Similar to GTOs back in the day....oh look....snow....mmm...I appear to have bored myself....3/2
and now Q50. The R34 Skyline was the last Skyline where the GT-R was a trim level. Now the GTR is a standalone platform.
Call me precise, but it isn't a replacement for the Skyline. The Skyline still exists. Here in the US, we called it a G35 then G37 1/2
