We just put blankets over my dog's crate. And he has like 2 cushions, a pillow, 4 blankets. He's living it up. :)
Also, we just call it a "crate" here. "Cage" is a little extreme...
It's like the dog's own room in the house. It's a "safe space," & it keeps them safe when their ppl aren't home--no ingesting harmful stuff.
