I see your point and don't necessarily disagree but I'm biased against advertising (hate it). That cinnabon tweet is definitely advertising.

It's a company, not a person. Every employee could tweet condolences and just leave the company name out of it. @Cinnabon at the top.
It's an ad. They're exploiting the death of celeb to make money. Ads make money.
It's not a tribute. Cinnabon is not a person. This is an ad, pure and simple, exploiting the death of someone that people loved.
