up until about 3 years ago, my house still had pushmatic breakers in the house and screw-in fuses in the garage sub panel, the ducts in the basement were asbestos wrapped as well as multiple layers of asbestos tiles on the basemen stairs and kitchen floor... on top of galvanized iron pipes for the water supply... Houses are Money Pits.... $$$$$
