Favorite games are Crusader Kings 2, Civilization 5, The Witcher 3, and Dishonored. American. Idahoan. 22. Voted for Gary Johnson and will vote for Bernie Sanders. I hate political parties and systems that support them because they are against freedom and do nothing but support oligarchies and the elite. I lean left politically but am a moderate because I heavily dislike big government. I agree a lot with most of the Libertarian principles but I am for Welfare and regulating businesses if it means making life more efficient and more free for everyone. I don't believe a small government can exist if companies are left unchecked and the people at the bottom are not secured. Everything else, more or less, is not for the government to decide and they should stay out of it as much as possible. Businesses are great until they get so large that they become King of the Hill, at which point they destroy the path to said hill and anyone who tries to join them up top. If the people at the bottom are too low, or if the bottom is just too low compared to the top, it hurts everyone else more than it hurts them. They need some assistance and giving them it in an efficient and small government way, it allows all of us to prosper. Replace all traditional Welfare programs with Universal Income, aka a flat check for every citizen. No cards, no agencies, no background checks. Everyone gets the same and its bureaucracy free. Adjust it for inflation every year and it ends up being cheaper in the long run than traditional Welfare. Let them figure out how to spend it and if they don't do it well that's their problem and they can seek further assistance in their communities. The plus side to Universal Income is that you can remove Income Tax and replace it with taxes on consumption rather than taxing people just trying to make a living or push themselves higher on the food chain. Businesses shouldn't be allowed to be too big to fail and they also shouldn't be abnormally large because it eliminates freedom and choice. The free market can't stay free if the businesses that are the biggest only keep it free for themselves.
You still can. McDonalds where I live in the US is still pretty damn cheap.

The only real downside to living in Alaska is that everything is far more expensive than it would be elsewhere in the US.

Besides the sprite art, it really doesn't seem that special at all. There are far better hacks out there.
He probably used one of the many spriting programs in combination with the sprite import programs for fire red/leaf green.
Majority of this was made using simple script editors and premade programs. I have no programming knowledge and Ive made rom hacks.
The guy who wrote the book also directed the movie so its incredibly close.

Also in the game he is obsessed with domination and attacks a lot of other leaders without reason or cause, so its even funnier.
Civ 5 before release looked like garbage too. Still 6 months or so away.
The cannibal that sacrifices people to fire surrounded by death and skulls thinks you aren't to be trusted.
They are barbarians. Not a major leader or a city state unit, just random evil dudes.
